Excellent covering quick-drying water based paint due to a special formulation. A matte, soft touch, smooth surface is obtained which can be sanded to finish. Can also be used on almost any surface; wood, metal, stone and walls. Great for creating shabby chic and vintage styles. Each layer can be sanded back to create a vintage look. Use the Pentart Primer as a base coat and the varnish or wax to protect the finished piece.
